Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

Gift cards are shipped separately from merchandise with USPS First Class Mail for FREE. For shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses, Beauty-Addict.com uses USPS Priority. The delivery charge is $6.95 per order.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, call Customer Service for assistance at 949-600-7888.
Restricted Hazardous Items
Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, we recommend Ground at $5.95 if orders are under $50. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3 Day shipping, 2 Day and 1 Day Shipping: orders must be placed by 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays (UPS orders only):

For packages shipping to Hawaii & Alaska, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses using USPS Priority there are additional holidays in which packages do not ship from our distribution centers including: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
