To apply, simply brush on a thin layer at the root lines to nourish follicles for new lash growth and to fortify your existing lashes. The serum glides on moving from the inner corner of your eye to the outer corner.

Apply one thin swipe (just like eyeliner) per eyelid on clean lashes every night. Allow 1-2 minutes for serum to dry.
